bz with photos..

For the past one week, i’m kinna using part of my beauty slp timing to choose the Actual Day Wedding photo and combine many of them in order to fit into the albums i bought last year >>https://jasnamie.wordpress.com/2009/12/14/cute-albums/

1 box has 4 albums, 1 album can contain 60 pics. i thought having one box is enough but after struggling with the piles of photos.. i decide to buy another box of albums.

5 albums are for the Morning Event. Night time only using 3 albums. Bought another 2 boxes, 1 for mom and 1 for MIL.

So i spent several nights to choose and combine for them . I also did for for some friends and relatives as well. This task still wasn’t completed yet. There’s several more i wanna do. Hmm.. there’s also some that i’ve done but not yet posted out. Shall send them out after this batch is done.

On 14 Mar (Monday), During Lunch time, i wanted to develop some of the photos out 1st, but i left the memory card and thumb drive at the lockers room when i fold up my jeans (coz is heavy rain) in that area. My thumb drive and memory card size is too small thus i need to go there several times. Most places cost 25cents per piece, only Loyang Pont cost 20cents each.  

Need to wait for my next working day to go there again.

Tyl went to meet Ian (istudio) to pay the balance and to collect the CD. The CD includes the morning highlight, whole day uncut version and the wishes from some of the guests at night.

about my wedding (Part 5: After Banquet)

All Left. Banquet Manager told us the result of overall alcohol intake and give us the bill. TYL sign the biggest amount bill for his life. The Manager also gave us a normal size wedding cake.

Reach the room, PHS people are waiting for us to continue next round. I went to change to home clothing 1st and after changing, they told me they’re leaving. Coz TYL is sleeping on the floor already. Em.. a little disappointing.. Later kor came and he was also surprise all left liao. He wanted to drink too. Hmm.. so he went back to his room lo.

Ordered 2 sets of complimentary supper.  After bathing , i switch on TV and eat supper alone.. Ordered fried seafood with rice (not  nice..) and Salmon(very nice). Drinks i ordered Apple juice and milk shake. Both drinks are nice~Set alarm to wakie 1pm next day before i go to bed.

Next day 8am, the phone wakes me up!! kor call to go breakfast! aiyo.. im so slpy.. But TYL wanna eat too, so we went Far East to eat breakfast.  

We eat the wedding cake (Fruit cake covered with foundant) for lunch. Before we left York Hotel, TYL took some pic of doudou…

about my wedding (part 4: the banquet)

Finally event start. i think Childhood montage shown 1st and then 1st march in. Kids throw red rose pedals at us. Em.. i didn’t know hotel got prepare that. The spot light shine on us, i only can see the people at the aisle of the red carpet.

Reach the stage, i notice i couldn’t see the people coz of the light. Im kinna glad that i couldn’t see everyone coz i might be having stage fright. TYL cut the dummy cake and knife got stuck for a while.

The 1st dish is my last dish. During 2nd dish, corina and maggie accompany me back to my room to change. =)

We’re prepared that the video will be late. unexpectedly, he manage to to complete it on time. When the Video is shown, the lights aren’t dim and the volumn is low. Most of the ppl attention wasn’t drawn to the screen. Im not sure if the hotel did that purposely… coz we start late, and they want the guests attention on the food more so that they can clear things fast… Anyway lights were adjusted later and manage to drawn everyone’s attention.

We watch the video near the lift. heard a little laughter. I personally like the video very much. Well done, IStudio~! 2nd march in right after the video. Pop champagne, Yam Seng and rush for photo taking.

Last Table- Bbraun Table. they mix a glass of drink for us. err.. i escape but TYL ask me to go back. he drank all. i didn’t drink it coz when he attend some of their wedding, the drink he mix for them is terrible, i scare of that revenge thus didn’t drink a sip.

Min also mix a drink for TYL and me. TYL already finish a glass with Bbraun and got drunk. Told min i don’t want it and i saw Sally Aunty and Ah Toh aunty hinting me not to drink it. So i try to push the drink away. Em.. but in the end, i drank half and Shuhua came to my rescue and pass the drink to Jason. Saved! i thought. i don wanna get red and drunk. Im a super poor drinker.

Then we were told that many people gonna leave le so we stand at exit area and wait.. TYL is red and drunk at that moment liao..

about my wedding (part 3: before the banquet)

Maggie took the ride in VG’s car coz TYL and me took the ride with doudou. We reached York hotel ard 2pm+. When TYL is bathing, i called Vivien our room number and she told me she already reached the hotel le. Plan for Vivien to reach the hotel is 3pm. When she arrived at the room, i haven’t even bath.

She waited for me and start with my hairdo coz all others haven’t reach yet. After my hairdo, TYL’s family reached. Her sis start 1st , mother-in law next. My family reach when mother-in law still doing the makeup. Apple went to bath, and she’s next coz my mom wanted last.

Didn’t get any slp, just rest my tired eyes when they’re doing the makeup. Poor Maggie also didn’t get any rest. She kinna worry that i might need help anytime and didn’t rest at all. When is my turn to do the makeup, Law reached too. He says that narrow area give him difficulty to take the pics coz he doesn’t want himself to appear in the pics. So he hide in the cupboard, under the dressing table and into the toilet to take the shoots. Lucky he’s thin enough to squeeze here and there.

TYL and Bro went to setup the lappy and check the banquet area. Er.. he done a lot of things that i wasn’t aware coz im in the room. 

I like my makeup and hairdo! find that is another magic rather than makeup. Im so inspired by her to learn makeup.

When makeup is finished, i started to pull ppl in the room to take pics with me.  Waited for a later time to go to the hall.

Reach the hall, help at recept area. Coz im the one who create the namelist and thus could understand it better than anyone else.

When Min(Jasmine Tan) reached, she saw my gown seems quite loose and we went behind a door and she help me tightened it. She seems small size, but her strength isn’t small at all hor. haha.

When TYL asked me where’s my eldest member :grandma and says the banquet can’t start coz she haven’t reach, i panic. Told my kor and he helps to contact her. Then i was informed that they lost their way..Sigh..

After she reached, i thought finally can start but another incident happened. So the event got hold off for a while more before it finally can start. Almost 9pm than start. My guests were in hunger.. i’m really sorry about it.

about my wedding .. (part 2: fetch bride and Tea ceremony)

Ok the VG reached. All ready to start the ball rolling. Hmm.. Yah. They roll the ball outside and I’m waiting in my room. Kinna hope that I’m outside having fun too. So after waiting for some time, VG (1) came in and says they’re coming in soon.

TYL says the 10 commandments outside my bedroom door. When he finish saying the 1st line “To give you, my dearest wife, Jasmine a polar-bear hug and says “i love you, my dear” every morning” , he add on “she everyday wake up very late one leh” The whole thing should feel really sweet.., but i think i find it 搞笑more. He shouted 老婆！我来了!  before he step in. Unexpected, but i like it. Hand over the hand bouquet to me and VGs and all keep asking us to Kiss.

we follow mom instructions to 拜拜 , took pics with everyone before we leave. When we wanna leave my home, a little accident happen. Hmm.. don’t wanna mention what happen, but poor Lawrence, his foot hurt badly.

Tea ceremony kick in. Hmm.. … . yah.. tea ceremony loh… some stuffs happened. Don’t wanna record it too. Anyway, that’s a fast one. Then TYL start to remove some pins to remove the bridal veil. Corina and Maggie helps to remove most of the pins and left 2 pins for TYL. He took off the bridal veil and throw it high and away.(i wonder if there’s any meaning). Then change to my red gown and we took some pics with everyone and left for my home. 

When i reach my home, i was surprise that the buffet didn’t start. All food are covered. I told mom to start 1st already. But she totally forget about it. I ordered to deliver early so my guests won’t be hungry at any time. Sigh.. Well.. can’t be helped.

Grandma haven’t reach my home, so all have to wait for her to start. Ah Peh and GuGu came with her. Im glad my dad’s bro & sis came. I believe dad is happy for it too. Well.. is just a pity he’s not here. sometimes i wonder if dad is around, all the decision making will be more smooth or worse. The journey to this wedding isn’t easy at all. I donno if mom is handling alone thus she’s so stress up or wat..OK anyway, another surprise i have is that Ah Peh gives me a gold bracelet too. I thought i will only receive ang bao mah.

After eating, all bro & Sis went downstairs to take video. The gers start 1st and the guys 大功夫 later.

VGs and TYL then came up my home take last shoot before the morning event end.

about my wedding..(part 1 : the wait)

early morning plan 4am wakie but i manage to wakie ard 4.15am bah. At 5am PG and MUA will reach my home. But they both reach early which make me kinna 手忙脚乱. When Law (PG) reach myhome, i just finish bathing with messy hair. lol.

my room doesn’t have a dressing table, i bought a $9.90 Full length mirror(@ ikea) to use but doesn’t know how to place it. So i told Vivien(MUA) i donno how to place it. She react very fast, she ask us to place on top of my small table and i sit on my dining chair. She mention the lighting is not enough, so i place another lamp on my small table. TA DAH~ she created my dressing place really fast. =)

I told Vivian that my mom prefer that i put my hair down, she advise that morning session need to move around and might sweat and cause the hair to be messy and results in not too nice pics. I agreed and thus all my hair got tied up lo. Oh yah, im glad that when i told her i have ampoule and not using her’s, she wasn’t a bit unhappy over it. Sisters start to arrive during my makeup, they went to kitchen and do all the preparation. After i finish my makeup, i wanted to go kitchen to kaypo but those gers in the room keep asking me not to move around and mention never see any bride so active before.

I ask my mom where’s my chicken essence and she says she forgot about it. She got really buzy early morning also. The sisters told me to prepare straw for the day and i also forget about it. Maggie told me just use 1 from the packet drinks loh. hee. That’s the first time i drink that eh. Don’t taste nice la, but not that awful as i thought la.

When i went over to peep at the kitchen, they told me all things are place outside already. Aiya, nothing to see. Corina then came into my room and inform me that the VGs have not reach TYL’s place yet. I was shocked. Shock but there’s nothing i can so, just wait and see what’s going to happen next. They’re suppose to be there at 5am to shoot them first. Michelle help to contact VG.

What i know is that instead of going TYL’s place, they’re to come my place directly. Then i was told that their convoy fail. (another bad news..) Well, i was kinna upset coz i feel that TYL wanted it very much. Well.. just felt helpless loh. Nothing i can do to rewind that.

Im glad Wenxin ask me to buy some cakes for the guests to eat when she heard that my mom isn’t going to cook anything early morning. The wait is too long and many ppl ,including me, start to hungry. Shuhua take the mini Fa kuei over and feed me! haha. Then later when i wanna wear my heels, kat and maggie help me wear. Many of them ask me if im thirsty and wan help me bring drinks in. Wa seh.. im the princess for the day.

The brothers are waiting at MSCP. During the wait, some of the brothers need to use toilet and thus they came up for relieve. Corina and pearly also deliver drinks to MSCP for the guys. Gers all stay in air-con room and guys outside sweating to wait.

1st VG reach and apologise. The atmosphere was a little awkward coz nobody else is in the room when he reach. So he apologise explain and left the room. 2nd VG reach, apologise and explain. The atmosphere is more arkward than the 1st one coz he ask me wat’s my auspicious timing and i reply that time is already past. Though i didn’t scold him, i believe he could sense i wasn’t too happy over it la.

19 nov 2010: Wedding day! (morning)

18 Nov : Wedding EVE!

Pretty nails!! 9am – 3pm . many bink blink and roses~

plan 3pm : TYL bring doudou over for makeup but keep raining.. *worried*
 so he fetch me from Punggol (using Xiao Lan) than wait till rain totally stop (ard 4pm) and Off we go!
